Once an order has been placed through Jouri Hijab, the customer will receive a confirmation email from us with an overview of his/her order. Said email will contain the order number, along with all the other details regarding the order.
In case of missing/incomplete information, our customer service team member will contact the customer in order to complete the missing data so we can start processing the order immediately.
- For orders placed from Kuwait – within 2 business days
- For orders placed from GCC – within 2-4 business days
- For orders placed from other Arab Countries – within 2-5 business days
- For orders placed from USA – within 3-6 business days
- For orders placed from Europe– within 3-6 business days
To avoid any unnecessary delay, please make sure you fill out the shipping address details to completion, as well as add an available contact number when placing your order.
How can you track your delivery status?
You can check your order status and/or track the delivery of your order through My Orders tab, from your Account Menu inside Jouri Hijab website and app.
